The ABA Children’s Immigration Law Academy (CILA) and the National Immigration Litigation Alliance (NILA) presents this webinar that will prepare you to begin practicing in federal court.

Designed for attorneys who are new to federal court litigation, this webinar will cover the nuts and bolts of district court litigation.  The webinar will cover practical issues to help you prepare to litigate in federal court, including admission, filing registration, applicable rules, and associated ethical obligations.  In addition, it will address types of cases that can be filed, whom to sue and how to serve, the fundamental elements of a district court complaint, and what to expect after the complaint is filed.
