We offer four different types of accounts, each represented by a different color. Read through all of the account options to see what fits you best. This account provides access to additional CILA resources. 

Who is this account for?

  • Staff (attorneys, legal staff, and social services staff) at legal services organizations
  • Private and pro bono attorneys working with immigrant children and youth

What is included? 

We have many resources available, and they include handouts, practice advisories, and checklists on topics such as working with unaccompanied children, asylum, SIJS, removal proceedings, appellate and litigation strategies, and ethics.

This account provides access to additional resources + Texas-specific templates.

Who is this account for?

  • Texas attorneys at legal services organizations
  • Texas pro bono attorneys and private bar attorneys working with immigrant children and youth

What is included?

This account option gives you access to additional CILA resources plus access to CILA's template bank with materials for Texas practitioners seeking SIJS determinations in Texas state courts.

Prior to moving to this account model, these resources were accessible only by those who obtained an advocate login. For this account, in order to ensure appropriate use of the template bank, practitioners will be required to certify that they have watched our training video, “SIJS in Texas 101.” They also must review and agree to the Use of Templates Pledge.

  • Pro Bono Matters for Children Facing Deportation platform cohort members: staff at legal services organizations that currently post case cards on CILA's platform in order to secure pro bono assistance in children’s cases
