The ABA Children’s Immigration Law Academy (CILA) joins experts from ASISTA in a presentation regarding immigrant survivor relief options for unaccompanied children. We provide information on relief eligibility, procedural guidance, practical tips, and strategy considerations for unaccompanied immigrant children seeking U Nonimmigrant Status, T Nonimmigrant Status, VAWA, and special rule VAWA Cancellation.

This training is geared towards anyone at a legal service provider who works with unaccompanied children seeking immigrant survivor forms of relief, including attorneys and legal staff.
